I fully support Mike Calvert in his bid to be re-elected as Deputy Branch Secretary. Mike offers experience, passion, commitment, knowledge and consistency, all these attributes are important at a time when we face not only an attack on our jobs and terms & conditions but an outright attack on the public sector and trade union movement as a whole.
